InsightIQ data delay

Recently we keep getting this from from our InsightIQ:

Data Retrieval Delayed

The most recent data that InsightIQ has retrieved from the cluster is more than 15 minutes old.

It recovers by itself but once in a while it gets delayed again. We restarted celog on both clusters, it did not help. Has anyone seen this issue before?

Also is there a way to change the delay time alerting to 30 minutes? We are on v3.1.
