How to download previous versions of CEE?

I want to download an older version of Common Event Enabler (CEE).  Anyone know how or where to do that, without contacting support?

Procedure
  1. Download the CEE framework software from Online Support:
    1. Go to Online Support.
    2. In the search field, type Common Event Enabler for Windows, and then click the Search icon.
