Help required
hello
we have a h700/a200 setup, a node on the A200 had a battery issue and went into Read only mode.
Battery replaced ( that was a challenge ) and now the A200 has filled up, tried using the storage policies moving data away from it, but it is still not budging.
Logged a support ticket but that isn't being taken seriously and I get one reply a day, which is "thanks I am still checking"
all of that noise aside, are there any commands I can use to try and rebalance the a200 post battery issue? or any articles that I can use to investigate this further myself?
thanks in advance

Hello NotStopIsilonProblems,
When you replaced the battery and powered back on the node, was there a battery test run by the system, and did it complete without any errors? Were there any errors on the system after the battery replacement other than the space issue?

hello, thanks for the reply.
I believe it was ran, but not sure of the output. is there a command I can run to check?
no before the issue things were running ok, the A200 utilisation was 86%, node 7 failed, and then node 5 had an issue. Utilisation went to 100%, then battery was replaced, and no matter which storage policy I change no files are moved from the A200 to H700.
We haven't had any major data migrations, it looks like over the week there was around 2 TB of data copied.
thanks in advance

Hello NotStopIsilonProblems,
You can run the following command to see if the battery test completed.
speclcli -getBatteryStatus
If the test completed successful it will stated that, if it didn’t then it will state what didn’t pass the battery test.
