I'm a bit confused.  If a customer has never used Isilon before, we almost always include in the sale Rack and Stack and Implementation services in the order (from EMC Professional Services).  Most of our partners do this as well.  Double check your order, and let your account team know if you haven't yet been contacted by a project manager to get this scheduled.  The actual setup after the rack-and-stack is fairly simple once you understand all the underlying concepts.  That said, you can also use the same procedure generator used by our field services personnel for certain procedures, and it's likely that the initial cluster setup is included in those.
