can anyone please advise that how to read #isi statistics pstat

Question

for example, if i run #isi statistics pstat --protocol nfs3, could you please advise what all those operations actually are?

also, it would be greatly appreciated if you can provide some clarification regarding OneFS Stats and Disk I/O, i don't see the read/write numbers are aligned.
