backup configuration isilon

My client asks me to get the current ISILON configuration located on site A and replicate that configuration to another ISILON site B (same number of HW nodes etc)

What should I support in case ISILON A falls to be able to operate B with the same configuration as A? 
Shares smb, nfs exports, alias nfs, quotas ... what else? And how could I do it?
