Embedded Box PC 5000 PCIE Riser Adaptor

I need to find the part number and a vendor of the PCIE Riser/Adaptor with 2 x8 slots for a Dell Embedded Box PC 5000

I do not need the MPN 3TR54/OEM 03TR54 riser - that is already fitted into my unit.

I have an image of the part I need, but I cannot upload it here. I do not have the part number for this adaptor.

Any help or guidance will be really appreciated.
