Wrost staff and service

I bought Dell Inspiron 5515 for INR 70000 in june 2022 and the next day laptop was hanged so I contacted the shop and asked for replacement then they denied my request so I have to keep the laptop it's been 3 years now, 3 days back my laptop's left hinge was broken so I asked the shop to repair and today the repaired and charged me INR 1700 but when I opened the laptop both the hinge was replaced but right hinge didn't fit properly and screen have gap too even the laptop is loose now. They have completely destroyed my laptop. What kind of service is it?
