WL5024 headset issues, Teams
I viewed the WL5024 headset at the Nab Show and fell in love. I was assured it works with Microsoft Teams. I purchased the headset and have had inconsistent performance. Often I am not heard on Microsoft Teams. All of my settings in the computer and in teams are correct. Sometimes I can't hear them and often they're not hearing me. Support has me connect it to my cell phone, says its not a headset problem, and to figure it out on my own. I didn't buy it for my cell phone. I don't really want to throw a $200 headset in the trash. Has anyone else had this issue?

Click here for information troubleshooting the headset.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

I like this headset a lot, especially for the AI-mic feature because I take a lot of calls. But I have to say the only thing that I've been hating is the connectvitiy issues: Dongle to my M1 Mac and bluetooth to my Pixle 6 Pro, is just terrible — they have so much difficult switching between calls on either devices or suddently not have sound on either. I often have to do a mix of on and off / reconnecting either devices. It's really bad.
