wireless mouse keyboard not working

some of the keys are not working , i tried to contact through get help now section but there the bot is asking for service tag which i dont have as i purchased wireless mouse keyboard separately , so give me the solution.

Please list exact model number for Dell keyboard and mouse. Dell uses service tag number to help identify model numbers for keyboard and mouse. The service tag number usually is listed underneath the bottom of keyboard and inside the mouse where the batteries are located.

@user_80d62c​  I'm assuming you purchase keyboard/mouse combo unit, model number KB3322W.  Dell Wireless Keyboard and Mouse - KM3322W | Dell USA 1. Power off computer. Remove the battery from the keyboard 2. Disconnect USB Type-A receiver dongle from your computer. 3. Wait a few minutes, reinstall receiver dongle and keyboard battery. Power on computer, hopefully keyboard perform normally. yes i purchased a wireless mouse keyboard combo model number KB3322W

and the fix you told is not working because the keyboard is working but some of the keys are not working so i want a replacement of it.
