Wireless Keyboard and mouse warranty claim
The wireless keyboard and mouse are not functioning as expected.For example: The keyboard and mouse are unresponsive they are not working.
I kindly request assistance in processing the warranty claim or replacement for the defective unit.

What is the model of the keyboard and mouse that are not working?
