Wide strip appeared on laptop screen! Please help!
Dell G5 15 5587
Hello!
Suddenly a stripe appeared on the laptop screen (Dell G5 15 5587 WIN 11 x64). Disappeared but appeared again.
Everything is fine on the second, HDMI-connected screen. See 3 photos below.
Please help!

That's conclusive -- the screen is faulty and will need to be replaced.

You can run a screen diagnostic by holding the D key through powerup. If the defect shows up on the test screens, the display panel needs to be replaced.
If it does not, there's either an issue with the video driver or the GPU itself.

No. To rule out a Windows driver issue, run the screen diagnostics outside of Windows. Press and hold the D key and then hold it through powerup. A series of LCD tests will run. That's where you need to look.
If that diagnostic shows the same fault, the screen needs to be replaced.

I have click chosen (all tests). After each test happened i has received - FAIL
After second click, was received - RETEST

If you're referring to the pattern tests, they will fail if you don't act on the prompt you're presented. Those are interactive tests.
Far, far simpler is to hold the D key through powerup and observe the test screens that show up. If they show the same fault your initial photos do, the screen is bad and needs to be replaced (that's the most likely scenario).

Simply look at the test screens. Either you will see the same fault, or you won't.

The screen is too dark to tell -- what does it look like on red?
Other way to check is with an external monitor - if it has a good image, the screen is bad.
