Why Doesn’t Dell Call Back Defective Inspiron 15 3511 Laptops for Hinge Issues?
The Inspiron 15 3511 model has a recurring hinge defect reported by many users. Despite this being a known issue, Dell does not proactively call back affected laptops .
Why isn’t Dell taking responsibility for this widespread defect?
