You can view a systems service manual to verify a no post code you may be receiving. Most post failures on our systems would attempt troubleshooting steps of a hard reset and the Real Time Clock reset. In instances where this is not resolved, then you would want to contact Support for additional guidance. You can also refer to the below video for general no post troubleshooting steps.

This is an embedded controller failure -- a chip on the mainboard that handles peripherals including the keyboard, power adapter, etc.
First thing to try is a power down, cover removal and disconnecting the battery from the system board. Hold the power button for 30 sec and then reassemble and see if the error is gone. If it isn't,
The system either needs a board-level soldering repair (replacement of that chip) or a replacement mainboard.

I does reseted BIOS and os both, and also reseted with disconnecting the battery too but still after shutting down it still blinks with same pattern, Laptop is running properly without any problem all test passes.
Some refer me to remove the CMOS battery and wait reassemble after some time but I did not found it in my Laptop also there nothing look like anything fault or circuit break...
Does here anything else can be done instead of "board-level soldering repair or a replacement mainboard"

It's one or the other. The boards are $450+, so a repair is likely to be half that -- try parts-people.com if you're in the US.
