Very disappointed
The Dell Inspiron 15 laptop that I purchased in September of 2024 has been a disappointment from the very beginning. After only a few weeks, and with no misuse, the cover of the "v" key kept popping off. When I called your support number, I was directed to take the laptop to a dell service provider in my area and was told by your representative that I would receive a new keyboard. After driving 30 minutes each way to drop off my laptop, I was called by the service provider who told me that your company refused to fix my laptop because I didn't buy an extra protection package and would have to pay for any repairs. This was totally unacceptable and very upsetting to me. I have continued to have issues with this laptop. The quality is terrible and I am going to have to buy a new laptop after spending over $600 on this one less than a year ago. I will never purchase another piece of equipment from your company and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to buy your poorly made, poorly supported products.
