USB-c Ethernet 5Gbps Adapter Not having symmetric speed
I recently purchased a USB-C 5 Gbps Ethernet adapter and installed the corresponding Realtek driver. The problem that I am having is with the driver. My ISP router provides speeds up to 3 Gbps. I reviewed all required driver fields, but could not resolve the discrepancy between download and upload speeds. I get at most 500 Mbps for downloads and 2.5 Gbps for uploads. When I connected the adaptor to other computers, its download speed was up to 2 Gbps, but on my Dell Inspiron 7544 with a 9th-generation i7 CPU and 64 GB of RAM, the internet speed was as mentioned above. Has anybody had the same problem in the past or used a different driver?

Install Dell’s latest Realtek USB GBE driver via SupportAssist, set adapter to 5Gbps full-duplex, and disable power-saving in Device Manager.

Thanks for your response. I did as suggested, but it did not work.
