USB-C 3.2 GEN 2 DP ALT PORT . NOT DETECT LAPTOP
usb c port not working , my laptop condition good ,other 2 usb port work but usb c port not working or detect my laptop , i done every like windows install , driver install ,graphics install , bios setting , my usb c to c cable working weell , i try other laptop , my cable is good , but when i conncect my laptop to monitor usb c dp alt not recognized and not working , my usb c not respond , i cant solve problem ,
how can i or detect my usb c port broken or lost or identify , i cant identify because i cant find option usb c , i check driver but not show usb c 3.2 gen 2 , , i use support assist but support assist not show usb c port , i dont think my usb c port are fault cause this port i use little time like 2 or 3 motnth , but what happen this port not work or detect , and not tranfer power

What is the system model and the OS installed? Have you ran the diagnostics on the computer? If not, please do so and let us know the results.
