Unable to log in

Just bought a new laptop Inspiron 14 2 in 1. In trying to log back in I keep getting error message stating password is incorrect, which is where I am stuck. Not a good feeling when I am unable use a brand new laptop.

If it's a Windows log-in password, follow this instructions for reset a forgotten Microsoft account password.

If it's BIOS password, BIOS passwords cannot be recovered.  You will need to contact Dell Technical Support to obtain a password release code. The password release code is based on the unique password prompt that is generated using information from your Dell laptop.
