TPM greyed out in BIOS
Inspron 5515. I am unable to update Windows due to tpm not being active. I am still on version 21H2.
TPM is undetected and greyed out in BIOS but I purchased the laptop after the date when all laptops should have been supplied with it. The laptop is out of warranty now but surely that is irrelevant if it did not come with something it should have.

In what part of the world was the system originally purchased? There are large areas of the world where TPM technology is barred, either for local laws or because of US export controls.
