Touch Screen is not working and is not available in device manager
The touch screen driver is not working and not available in the device manager even if after show hidden driver, touch screen is not existing. my laptop model is Inspiron 7430 2 in 1

If you've installed any driver updates recently, try removing those and rebooting to see if the touchscreen starts working again.
If not, or that does not help, and the system is in warranty, call Dell for repair. If not, start by checking the connection between the screen and the mainboard. Service manual is here:
