To turn on laptop, first i must disconnect all source off power.
Hi, i have a strange case with laptop turning on, i must first detach all source of power (AC adapter, accumulator and battery) and then, when i connect them back, laptop turn on normally, work normal, as usual. I can restart also. Everything working fine until i turn him off. Then i must again detach every power source to turn him on. I reinstal Windows 10, reset bios, rollback bios to version 2.2 from 2.3, swap ram and disk. Nothing helps. My only thoughts is, that maybe matherboard is fail. Can i check smth else?

Hi, thx for reply, i already tried everything above and everything looking good, but i probably found what happened. I noticed that actually button dont work, and in fact, this is not broken button. When i look up closly to the pcb where usb is, there is missing element. When i short this gap, button start working. Now i shoud solder smth here, do you know what is it? And this is extreamly small Details on photo.

Check if the light is lit at the plug end of the AC adapter or on the adapter block. And see if that light remains lit when you plug it into the laptop's jack. If the AC adapter's light goes dark when you plug it into the laptop, then there is likely a fault or short with the jack or the motherboard charging circuit.
Hold F2 while booting, to enter BIOS. See if the AC adapter is recognized.
Try a reset:
After the reset, see if you can power off and reboot normally.
Run Dell Diagnostics:
Press and hold F12 while booting to enter the One Time Boot Menu, select Diagnostics and press Enter. The Dell Diagnostics will test major hardware components. Choose to run extended tests.
If tests show no faults and reset didn't fix the issue, next I would replace the CMOS battery (coin-cell battery). Your laptop model is 7 years old, so that CMOS battery could be running low. It may not fix the issue, but it's relatively cheap to try.
It appears that your CMOS battery is the type that is encased in plastic with wires and connector. You may buy a replacement from Parts-People or other online sources. If you're willing to do a little more work, you can use a standard CR2032 coin battery that is widely available. You just need to carefully disassemble the current casing and remove the contacts to reuse on the new battery. I did it recently, so can help you with any questions.
Whenever touching components or working inside a computer, wear a grounded wrist strap, also called anti-static wrist strap, ESD wrist strap, or ground bracelet. It's a cheap and sensible precaution. Rest the laptop on an anti-static mat or at least a reasonable alternative such as corrugated cardboard. (Repeatedly touching a metal case part is not sufficient mitigation with modern components.)

I cannot tell you what to solder there or even if that would be a solution. I don't repair circuit boards or solder laptop components. If the power button does not function, and if cleaning out debris and cleaning the contacts doesn't help, I would buy a replacement power button board.
Did you try everything that I suggested? Did you replace the CMOS battery (coin-cell battery)?
