Tinny sound again on my Inspiron 16 7610

This started after a restart. Same thing happened a few years ago and I fixed it. Problem is I don't remember how! I tried turning off 'audio enhancement' in the settings and that has not solved it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for responding!
