The USB receiver for my Dell KM3322W keyboard and mouse combo isn't working

I’m facing an issue with my Dell KM3322W wireless keyboard and mouse combo. The USB receiver is no longer working — it’s not being detected by my system, and both the keyboard and mouse have stopped connecting.

Since this combo doesn’t have a service tag, I’m attaching the serial number (CN‑04WJ8P‑L0300‑23Q‑B57W‑A01) and can also provide the invoice and order number upon request. The product is approximately 2 years old.

Please let me know if a replacement receiver can be arranged or what steps I need to take next.
