using hdmi ports

windows (not sure which one)

my monitor is on stand by mode since yesterday, i have tried everything to bring it back and i cant, i dont know what else to do all my work is on the computer?

* Turn the computer off
* Turn the SE3223Q off

* Disconnect the HDMI cable from the computer
* Disconnect every cable from the SE3223Q (power cable, HDMI cable)

* Press the SE3223Q power button for 8 seconds

* Reconnect only the power cable to the SE3223Q

* Turn the computer on
* Turn the SE3223Q on

* Reconnect the HDMI cable to both

i tried it 2x still on standby
