Screen is not displaying
When I am open fully my dell laptop the screen is not displayed. When the screen is open half then the screen opened. When I am opening fully, the display off.

It sounds like an issue with the display cable. Check to make sure it's firmly connected to the mainboard and undamaged.
If you need anything more specific, post the specific Inspiron model number (Inspiron 3501, 5593, etc.).
