Rubber Feet peeled off and get losted.

Dear Dell Support Team,

I am writing to report a recurring issue with my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop (Model: i5 1235U, 8GB RAM variant) which I purchased in [31-07-2024].

The problem concerns the rubber feet on the bottom of the laptop. They have peeled off and gone missing more than once. The same issue occurred earlier, but I was able to recover the feet and reattach them temporarily. However, this time they are completely lost.

Due to the missing rubber feet, the laptop bends and wobbles while in use, making it uncomfortable and potentially damaging to the body or internals over time.

I would request:

1. A replacement set of rubber feet for my device, OR

2. A guidance on how to securely fix new feet or an alternative solution (like adhesive pads),

3. And, if possible, preventive advice or options to avoid this issue in the future.

Please consider this as a formal service complaint and assist me with a proper resolution.
