Requesting Repair of a known hinge defect in Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series

Hello,

I bought a Dell inspiron 15 3525 from Dell Authorised Dealer (GBS systems) on 11th June 2024.

So yesterday, on regular usage, while closing the lid on a normal flat surface (table), i heard cracking sound and the left hinge coming up out of the bezel... when i checked this up in Dell community, i found that its a very known wide-spread issue in this model, this is NOT accidental damage - its a design/structural flaw. Im using dell since my childhood, ive owned two Latitudes, an older inspiron 15, this kind of design flaw is highly dangerous to Dell's quality reputation.

I'm attaching the previous threads with the same issue and the photos of my hinge... I request goodwill repair or service of the same, i can attach the invoice and other details if you could DM or mail me if possible... thank you
