Request for Repair – Hinge/Alignment Issue on Dell Laptop Customer number: GB15876563

Dear Dell Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request assistance with an issue affecting my Dell laptop, which I purchased in August 2021. Recently, I have noticed that the hinge has become loose on one side, causing the screen to be misaligned with the opposite corner. As a result, it is very difficult to open and close the laptop, and the front plastic casing has also been damaged.

To prevent further damage, I have been keeping the laptop open at all times, but this is clearly not a sustainable solution. I have attached pictures and the laptop invoice for your reference.

This is especially disappointing as the device is less than four years old and has already been sent back for repair once before due to charging issues and unexpected shutdowns. I believe a product of this age and quality should not be experiencing these kinds of problems.

Could you please let me know if this is something you can repair? I would really appreciate your support in resolving this matter.
