request exchange laptop

recently i purchased one lap top , but it is not working properly, pls exchange another, tuch pad also not good, some key are loose, pls exchange another

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

Also was it a direct purchase from DELL, and what Warranty came with it?

There are policies in place before an exchange is allowed.

Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them. Once verified, they will troubleshoot with you.
