Remove BIOS password from device

please guys

I really need your help

I bought this device from my cousin because he hasn't used it in over a year. But unfortunately when I turned it on . There is a password on the bios

I disconnected the battery from the device for about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, you did not delete the BIOS password.

I went to the site
https://bios-pw.org/

And I wrote the crown number. And I put it in the search and tried all the passwords that the site showed me and unfortunately

Please help me guys. I really need your help.

The pictures are attached and explain everything

If your cousin is the registered owner of the system, they need to call Dell to have the password removed.  If they're not willing to do that, you either return the system to the seller for a refund or buy a replacement mainboard.

Thank you for the quick reply

I really didn't lose much with it. I paid $50 with it. And I can return it to my cousin.

But I don't want to return it. I want to remove the BIOS password. That was my question. Is there anyone who can help me?

Because it is unreasonable to change motherboard only for a Bios password. That doesn't make sense.

Please help

The only legitimate way is to have Dell support clear the password, which will cost you a support call.

As I wrote, the system is worth about $50 so it'll cost more than that.

Be advised that any discussion of bypassing the system security password is grounds for being banned from the Dell forums.

Thank you again for the reply. But as we the public know, we are not aware of these laws.

Because our intention is pure. And we try to learn from you. Believe me, I don't mean to offend the forum. Because I respect everyone.

But as I mentioned to you. We, the public, do not know at times some of the rules of the forum. Just until I explain it to you.

Anyway . Can you guide me, please, how to try to communicate with the system so that it can open the BIOS password. I will pay the fee if it is about $ 50

Thank you for the second time . I apologize for any misunderstanding.

I hope you send me the system link so that I can communicate with them. And God bless you. I'm waiting.

Read above.  The current, registered owner needs to place a voice call to Dell support and be able to verify the owner's details (name/phone/email).  Once that's done and the call is paid for, they will assist the registered owner in unlocking the system.

I apologize for the delay in responding. But where is this talk? I went up the page and couldn't find anything.

Can you add a link to contact them, please. Because I really couldn't find anything, thank you.

There is no link.  A voice call is required.  If you're in the US, the number is below.  Have a credit card handy as the call will not be free of charge.
