Question re Inspiron 16 7610 fan outlets
My laptop gets very hot these days and I can feel air is coming out of the left vent but not the right one. I realize this could be because the right one is blocked but I read elsewhere that with some Dell laptops one of the 'vents' is just cosmetic (which doesn't make sense because this model has 2 fans). Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks!

They are both vents. If one of them has no air movement, it needs to be looked at and cleans out.
For two fans system, one on the left and one on the right
For three fans system, dual fan on the left and one on the right.

The Inspiron 7610 was shipped with either two fans or three fans models. The two fan configuration is only available in systems where one of the following graphic card:
The three fan configuration is only available in systems shipped with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060.

@Chino de Oro Thanks for responding but I'm not asking how many fans this laptop has - it has 2. My question is about the vents. Is one of them not actually a vent but just cosmetic or are they both vents? As I said, I can feel air blowing out of one of them but not the other.
