I need a solution for the problem of the object not being available or installed on my device. The missing file name I need is HID touch screen.

What model system? Does it have a touchscreen? And if it does, does the device manager see it?
If not, it's time to check the connection between the screen and the mainboard.

Well you can try the following:
Check if HID Touchscreen is Disabled
Show Hidden Devices
Scan for Hardware Changes
Reinstall Touchscreen Driver
Update Drivers
Check Windows Services

I checked the device manager and searched for hidden devices, but I was unable to reinstall the missing file for my device.
