Problems with dell support pages downloading drivers

I have been trying for over two months to download Bios updates and other drivers, but when clicking the download button on the service page, it says "There has been some issue. Please try again later." 

Is there a way to contact the website folks to get this problem resolved so I can update my drivers?  I tried to contact the technical support people, but they want me to pay for a year of support before talking to them.
