Problem with Bios update
Hi, maybe someone had this problem, I have a Dell Inspiron 14 7425 laptop, the laptop charges via type-c and has two type-c ports with power delivery.
I download the BIOS update with the .exe extension from the official Dell website, start .exe the laptop,
The notebook is connected to type-c charging it reboots and the Bios update process starts.
An update notification appears on the screen.
And an error appears when updating the port where the charger is connected, and the laptop restarts
When I disconnect the charger from the laptop, everything boots up normally, but the laptop does not restart and the laptop hangs, when I turn it off with the button it no longer turns on and the BIOS completely crashes.
How to solve this problem so that it updates normally?? or do I need to constantly update the new BIOS version via the programmer?
