PCI Driver Error G5 15 5500

My External SSD which is connected to the Thunderbolt 3 port, often disconnect itself.

Looking at device manager i found this driver with an exclamation mark and i searched what was the problem:
Error Code 24
Controller host Intel(R) USB 3.1 eXtensible - 1.10 (Microsoft) PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15E9&SUBSYS_09E21028&REV_06\DCA5A481B3C9A00000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

I tried uninstalling the driver, and then reboot, but when i try to do it, it get stuck on powering off and then it gives me a blue screen (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE)
it's not the first time, and i don't know what to do. Updating the drivers by right-clicking on it wont find any new update.
