now where did my virtualization go?

I had virtualization , now its no where to be found. this happened before and i had to install a virtualization. well its happened again. when i say its gone its gone right out of my computer. I've been through BIOS.  no, no mention of there being virtualization. i had it when i bought my dell Inspiron 14 snapdragon . hummm
