What is the model of the keyboard and mouse Also, what is the system model and OS installed?

Well I will suggest you to update your keyboard and mouse driver to it latest version and also try to check for windows update as well on your system. Also try to use external keyboard and mouse on your laptop and see if it's work or issue remain the same.

Respected sir/madam I purchased dell brand wireless keyboard and mouse combo model KM3322W with Flipcart , Order Date: 06-10-2022 and Invoice Date: 08-10-2022 for DELL KM3322W Keyboard& Mouse Combo, Anti-fade& Spill-resistant Keys Wireless Multi-Device Keyboard Warranty: 3 Years Domestic Warranty, presently keyboard is working fine but mouse roller in not working properly. Product is still in warranty so please register my complaint for replacement.
