Not sure if my XPS 16 9640 is compatible with any Dell styluses

I recently bought an XPS 16 9640 touchscreen laptop and I have been unable to find any styluses that are compatible with the laptop. This is very frustrating, does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

There are active pens and passive styluses.  Active pens are for those 2-in-1 with digitized screens.  Passive styluses are for touchscreen that was designed to work with fingers.

While you may attempt to test with a digital pen compatible with Windows ink (Microsoft pen protocol), any passive stylus from any brands should work with your touchscreen.

I  cannot help but I can tell that I tried two variants and they definitely do not work:

1. I used this on Dell xps15 but it no longer works on the new screen from the xps16: Passieve stylus voor de Latitude 7220 Rugged Extreme-tablet

2. I also tried the Microsoft Surface pen and the tip (which is active) and eraser do not work either.
