No "Support Assist OS Recovery" option on my Inspiron 14

Hi All, I'm stuck. I lost access to Win 11 installation on my Inspiron 14 5418. I wanted to do a factory reset and found the article below.

https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000124379/factory-reset-restore-or-reinstall-microsoft-windows-on-a-dell-computer

But then rude surprise came. There's "BIOS setup" available in the "One Time Boot Settings" menu, "Diagnostics", "BIOS update"  etc, but no "Support Assist OS Recovery". I simply have 5 options instead of 6.

How come? What can I do?

No access to Windows just to remind you...

Download the Windows media creation tool and prepare a bootable Windows 11 flash drive.

This system is about five years old - there are many possibilities that could explain why there's no factory recovery left on it.
