No communication regarding replacement device

Hello

I ordered an Inspiron 14 plus laptop last month and after receiving, I noticed faulty keyboard. When contacted technical support, they were least helpful and suggested me to go for a replacement.

A replacement request was created within 14 days of purchase and I sent back the device to Dell. Support team assured that once the device is scanned at their facility, they will immediately ship the replacement device - since it was my primary work laptop. The device was scanned at Dell facility before 14 days and the support team assured that the replacement device will be shipped in few days, but still the replacement device is not ready for shipping and no concrete response or update from support team regarding this matter. I am tired of sending repeated emails as they give different answers in different instances. Now Dell has both my money and the device, but no updates regarding replacement device.

can someone from Dell help on this please?

Update - still the support team are giving only templated responses and no concrete resolution. Though I copied different personnel from their senior management , no difference or progress yet.

Now they gave an estimation of  approx. 22 more days for delivering the replacement laptop. Only god knows if that is true! So in total , I had to wait 37 days to get my replacement laptop, even after Dell finished scanning the returned device at their facility. 
PLEASE DO NOT BUY DELL LAPTOP ..
