No audio output device is installed CIRRUS

I have tested the hardware of the laptop and upon inspection all works perfectly and found there is an issue with Dell BIOS/ Intel Managment Engine Consumer Firmware.

The audio never comes back to life upon booting to windows it's like code 45 hardware isn't connected. So tried Linux in bootable usb audio works after 2-3 sounds become distorted or static noises. Then booting into windows audio works then goes back to hardware not connected or else continuous Static or chirpiness sound from both speakers / headsets.

Dont know what's the mystery here it's so frustrating these modern laptops are not productive and useful.

Tried downgrading bios to different versions all were successful since dell / intel blocks the downgrade for ME firmware that doesn't downgrade where I am suspicious on it.

This all started for me exactly on 26th March 2025 after a device sleep like over 10-20 mins. Also pointed out to be windows as a culprit when found out the HD audio controller driver got an update as of 25 March 2025. But the issue persisted in multiple OS's made confusing and pointed out to Bios. Also, windows updated Dell firmware to 1.36 through UEFI firmware capsule later I turned it off.

1.37 is specifically not for my model based on description and auto detection of Support assist still I gave an update to bios no fix there too.

Being pandemic era Laptops can't be a good excuse for these bugs...
