New computer cares more about tracking than working as it should.

My new inspiron 15 is the worst laptop i have ever owned. It's thermal management is a joke. After a bios update it will not cool down unless I lay the monitor down on it's back to kick the fan on. I cannot revert to the older bios and customer service solution was to download more Dell apps that do not address the problem. My 2011 model worked 10x better than this one. This will be the last Dell computer I buy. Over 20 years of using Dell products.....down the quality drain like everything else in this country I guess.

Before you get rid of it ...

Be sure BIOS is set to UEFI/SecureBoot. SSD as AHCI.

Clean-install Windows-11 to a completely blank SSD using Microsoft's (not Dells) flash-drive version. Windows-Key is in BIOS so it will Activate fine. I bet it will run nice again.
