i just tried to get dell to fix my pc . they didnt. anyone out there do in home pc updates or repair? (Phone Number Removed by Admin for TOS Violation)

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Perhaps an idea of the scope of the work?
