My Laptop(Dell Inspiron 7559) sudden stop working with my optical mouse and usb head phone

My Laptop stop working with my usb optical mouse and usb head phone( the 3,5 jack still work) but still work  with the old lazer mouse and my usb flash drive, any fix or is it a hardware issue?
