My laptop is stuck on the dell screen and nothing is fixing it
my dell G15 Ryzen Edition laptop is stuck on the dell logo and restarting it doesn’t work and f12 spamming as well as pressing f2 brings up a blue loading bar but doesn’t actually do anything. I have tried everything that I have been able to find on what to do but nothing has worked. Please help!

What does "tried everything" mean?
Generally:
Unplug the system and remove the base cover. Disconnect the battery from the mainboard and hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall the memory modules. Reassemble and try powering up again.
If that still results in a POST hang, try again with the boot SSD removed. If that allows you into setup, the drive has failed.
If that doesn't produce any results, the mainboard needs to be replaced.
