my dell g15 5535 suddenly restarts
Yes, as the title says, my laptop randomly restarts while I'm using it, without any prior notice. I’ve updated the BIOS, drivers, and software—everything—but this issue persists. The Event Viewer in Windows shows Error 41, but that doesn’t provide much help.
Has anyone encountered the same weird issue?

Hi
Error 41
Common Causes
Faulty or insufficient power supply unit (PSU).
Hardware problems like overheating, failing RAM, or GPU issues.
Outdated or incompatible drivers.
System overclocking or BIOS issues.
Software conflicts or corruption.
Sudden power loss or unplugging without proper shutdown.
I think several on the list are not applicable.
The overheating may be possible to eliminate if any cooling fan was cleaned, and also any Heat paste was removed and re-applied to the CPU.
So run as deep a Diagnostic test as you can, which may take a long time, on all the Hardware.

@candidwhale44
Hi
That reduces the possibilities to....
PSU being faulty
Software conflict.
######
Could you check this option please...
Write an event to the system log is required.
Automatically restart is not wanted.
Hopefully this will enable Dell Technical bods to help you fix this, as it is new.
Under 30 days means you can get a replacement, so log an incident/raise a ticket in the support section using your PC's details.
