What exactly is your Dell model number and version of windows? Example: Dell 16 DC16250, windows 11
If you don't know, press windows key and R key at same time, type msinfo32 into command box, select Okay. In System Information, stroll down to System Model, you should be able to see it now.
In meantime, you purchased the mouse from Dell or a third party? The mouse is USB wired, Bluetooth or Wireless mouse with USB receiver?
