Mouse is not working , Need urgent solution because it's impacting on my work

Hello Dell,

I am trying to connect with your service team regarding my mouse is not working properly .Kindly arrange the technician on an urgent basis and help to get it done on top priority basis .

I have purchased this in last October .

What is the system model and the OS installed?  Also, is the issue with an external mouse or the touchpad mouse? If it is a wireless mouse what is the model? What is the issue you are having with the mouse? What have you done to remedy the issue?

Where was the mouse purchased?
