Models that can still be downgraded or can run WIndows 10?

I need a new computer, but it needs to be running Windows 10, due to software compatibility

What are my options?

Obviously, new models are out (I'm assuming), but what's the newest model I can still get Win 10 to run on?

Thanks!

Just about any current system will run Windows 10, but with that said, bear in mind that any support you need will be self-paid -- that includes signing up for paid Windows updates if you're in the US, as Microsoft has ended free updates for Windows 10 in much of the world, and even the paid support has only a year to go.

Whatever you're running that won't run on Windows 11 really needs to be updated to do so as soon as possible, as Windows 10 is an obsolescent operating system.

If you do decide to run windows 10, make sure you make and verify an image of Windows 11 as installed, as Dell can require you to reload the factory OS in case support is needed.
