Miniature Red Blinking Light Shown Through Front Speaker Grill?

Hi. Can anyone help with this please?

I have a Dell Inspiron Laptop i-core 7 and this red light has just appeared, and is only just visible through the thousands of tiny grill holes just above the (on/off button concealed underneath the frame).

Is this a warning light! for me to do something? action?
